Students who want to benefit from the Erasmus+ Study and Internship Mobility Program,
Within the scope of Erasmus+ Study and Internship Mobility, you have the opportunity to study abroad and do an internship in an enterprise with which you will make an agreement before you go.
In this context, our students can find detailed information from the link of the International Relations Office (http://uio.akdeniz.edu.tr/erasmus-programi/) on the Akdeniz University website. The Erasmus+ "Outgoing Student “Giden Öğrenci”" link contains details of the program's purpose, application process and dates, and selection criteria. You can find the list of universities with Bilateral Agreements belonging to the Faculty of Applied Sciences of Akdeniz University, both on the "Existing Bilateral Agreements"“Mevcut İkili Anlaşmalar” link of the relevant website, as well as on this page.
Before you go:
Students who are successful at the end of the application and selection process and are entitled to study abroad must submit a Learning Agreement and Academic Recognition Document in three copies (filled and signed by them) to the Unit Coordinator before going to the host university. These documents are prepared for determining and approving the courses that the student would like to take in our college in the semester/s he/she will spend abroad and the courses he/she wants to take in conjunction with these courses at the university he/she will attend (provided that there is a total of min. 30 credits).
Students whose internship applications are accepted at the end of the application and selection process are required to submit three copies of the Training Agreement (filled and signed by them and the business authority where they will do the internship) to the Unit Coordinator before they leave. The field of activity of the company where the internship will be held must be related to the field in which the student is studying.
After Returning:
Following the completion of their education and internship periods, students must apply to the Unit Coordinator upon their return to our country and submit the Transcript of Records form (for students who participate education on abroad) and the Final Report Form (internship students) attached to the petition. The documents received and the success of the students are evaluated by the Board of Directors of our School, and we kindly ask the students to show the necessary sensitivity to ensure that the course matching of the students and the final transactions can be carried out on time and completely.
