About Our Faculty

Ayşe Sak College of Applied Sciences completed the necessary infrastructure applied for being Faculty 6 years after establishment. According to the law numbered 2016/8562, the Council of Ministers decided to establish it as Akdeniz University Faculty of Applied Sciences on 25.01.2016. There are six programs in the faculty: Department of International Trade and Logistics, Department of Marketing, Department of Management Information Systems, Department of Insurance, Department of Aviation Management and Department of Finance and Banking.

In our faculty, Department of International Trade and Logistics Management, Department of Marketing, Department of Management Information Systems and Department of Finance and Banking still provide undergraduate education. Our education programs offer our students a high level of academic competence and expertise. Our faculty offers Workplace Education (internship) in the 8th semester and in cooperation with the private sector, it offers our students the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. In this way, our students will graduate advantageously on a national and international scale.

Our Mission

Our mission is to raise young people who have professional competence, morality, responsibility, problem-solving skills and communication skills by our contemporary, productive academic staff who have universal values ​​and are equipped with contemporary knowledge, have a developed sense of corporate belonging, can undertake research and develop projects that can meet the needs of the society, produce, use and share information, internalize Atatürk's principles and reforms, and have proven themselves at international level.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be a pioneering faculty that makes its name known and makes it sustainable by carrying out scientific studies and producing information at the national and international level, protecting the democratic, secular and social state of the law of the Republic of Turkey, pursuing science and technology with a dynamic and competitive approach, nourishing with social and cultural values, counting service to society among its main duties.
